Kidvive aims to provide customers with quality children’s books, educational materials, and learning products.
- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Requests are subject to verification and the applicable terms of this policy. - Reporting a Problem
Customers should contact Kidvive customer support with their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable. - Return Approval and Process
Our team will review the request and communicate the return instructions, if approved. Customers should not send products back without receiving return instructions. - Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund or return claim has been approved and the required verification is complete, the refund process will generally be completed within 7–10 working days. The time taken by a bank or payment service provider to credit the refunded amount may vary. - Refund Method
Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where supported. If this is not possible, our team will communicate an appropriate alternative method. - Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without required verification may not qualify for a return, subject to applicable law. Digital products or downloadable content may be subject to separate eligibility conditions disclosed before purchase. - Order Cancellation
Customers should contact Kidvive as soon as possible to request cancellation. An order that has already been dispatched may not be cancellable and may instead be subject to the applicable return process. - Unavailable Products
