Refund and Returns Policy

At Kidvive, we’re committed to providing fun, high-quality educational materials that spark curiosity and joy in every child’s learning journey. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re here to make things right if you’re not completely happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on physical products (books, activity kits, or printed learning materials) within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is returned in the original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kidvive.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Digital downloads and e-books (due to the nature of instant access).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Used or damaged items (unless due to manufacturing defects).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@kidvive.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (as per our return policy) and place a new order.
